Shipping policy

All orders are have added tracking and insurance.

Shipping to Canada is now available! You are responsible for any taxes and duties collected upon delivery to Canada. As of 11/28/25, import taxes range from 5% to 15% of product cost.  All shipping will be tracked and insured. 

I try to reuse materials so your package might look a little different or have logos on them! Please recycle and reuse when and if you can ❤️

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage, inner and outer packaging, and shipping label. Please message me (Instagram or email [insectmotherart@yahoo.com] preferred) with the photos so I can address the issue and continue with the next steps! Thank you!
